Following the Sun through the seasons and astrological signs, we will embark on a year long journey of self discovery, healing and alignment.
Using my uniquely designed Cosmic Calendar as a guide, we will meet online once a month, where you will receive prompts and teachings to weave into your everyday life that will align you with the natural cycle of the cosmos, enabling you to return home to your truest most connected self.

Just like an acorn knows it's path is to grow into an Oak tree. You will pave the way to remembering your own unique blueprint. 

Along the way, you will discover where your energy is stuck, what's holding you back and how to use the Cosmic Calendar as a tool to get yourself back on track and aligned with your true North.

What is the Cosmic Calendar? 
It's an amalgamation of ancient tools/guides that have influenced me in my own journey. Including the 'wheel of the year', the astrological zodiac system and the indigenous British medicine wheel.
Combining various aspects of all 3 to create a new version that can easily be used in our modern world.
